Puppy Preschool focuses on early training and owner education, giving you the support and resources to raise a happy, well-behaved companion. This is a well-rounded program with a little of everything, designed for puppies 2-5 months old.  

What's Covered:

• Socialization: your puppy will have opportunities for safe socialization and exposure to new experiences and environments, which are key to raising a stable, well-behaved dog
• Managing Energy: a routine is established to channel your puppy's energy into appropriate outlets and encourage settling when it's time to calm down
• Puppy Obedience: your puppy will learn their name, come when called, sit, down, and place (short stay on a cot or bed) with a treat lure and reward
• Leash Training: your puppy learns how to walk politely on leash
• Potty Training and Crate Training: your puppy comes home with an age-appropriate daily routine for potty and crate training already established
• Handling: your puppy will learn to cooperate for handling in preparation for brushing, nail trims, grooming, and vet visits
• Building Good Habits: common puppy behaviors such as nipping and play biting, chewing inappropriate items, jumping on people, etc addressed
• Other Goals: any additional goals or concerns we discuss can be addressed

What's Included:

• 2 Weeks of Immersive Training: your puppy stays in our home and benefits from consistent training and opportunities for daily socialization, while regular updates keep you in the loop
• 4 Private Lessons: one before your puppy's stay, one midway, and two follow up lessons afterward
• Additional Support: Written guidelines for your reference and trainer support throughout your puppy raising journey

Program Cost: $2250

Charm School focuses on practical skills for everyday life and owner education to build a happy dog who is easy to live with. This program is designed for dogs 6 months and older. 

What's Covered:

• Come When Called: your dog will come when you call even when distracted 
• Sit, Down, and Stay: easily control your dog while you get the mail, talk to a neighbor, etc. 
• Place: your dog will stay on their bed until you release them off
• Leash Manners: walk politely on a leash without pulling and pass people and other dogs under control
• Door Manners: your dog will wait until you release them, no bolting when you open the door
• Settling in the House: your dog will learn to settle and be calm in the house and to channel their energy into appropriate outlets
• Field Trips: outings to dog-friendly public places to practice training in different environments around different sights and sounds
• Clear Communication: marker based training creates better understanding between you and your dog
• Other Goals: any additional goals or concerns we discuss can also be addressed, eg. greeting people without jumping, staying off furniture, etc.

• 3 Weeks of Immersive Training: Your dog benefits from consistent daily training while progress updates keep you in the loop
• 4 Private Lessons: One before, one midway through your dog's stay, and two lessons afterward to ensure a smooth transition
• Additional Support: Written guidelines for your reference and lifetime trainer support

Enjoy more freedom with your dog with more reliability! Adventure School includes everything covered in the Charm School program, plus additional focus on behavior in public settings and preparation for off leash adventures. 

What's Covered:

• Everything covered in Charm School, plus:
• Off Leash Obedience: your dog will come when called, sit, down, and stay off leash
• More Reliability: additional practice in a variety of environments (parks, hiking trails, in town, and inside pet friendly shops) to improve reliability

What's Included:

• 30 Days of Immersive Training: Your dog benefits from consistent daily training while progress updates keep you in the loop
• 4 Private Lessons: One before, one midway through your dog's stay, and two lessons afterward to ensure a smooth transition
• Additional Support: Written guidelines for your reference and lifetime trainer support

Program Cost: $4500

Many common behavior problems can be addressed during our standard board and train programs. Custom programs are available for more complex behavior modification on a case-by-case basis. These typically run 4-6 weeks in length and start at $4500. Please Contact Us to discuss.
